Angela Kimball is the Senior Vice President of Advocacy and Policy for Inseparable. She is the former National Director of Advocacy and Public Policy for NAMI.
As the mother of son with mental illness, Angela became the first Coordinator of Family Services for Multnomah County’s Mental Health Division in 2000.
Later, she led NAMI Oregon’s advocacy and public policy team and in a prior role, she worked on quality integration of Medicaid health, mental health, substance use and dental services as an Innovator Agent with the Oregon Health Authority. She has received several awards for her legislative work on children’s mental health reform and mental health parity.
Angela is a graduate of Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.
